Pepper Vodka
In the fall, when we can get them fresh in New Mexico, we infuse these lovely smokey, spicy peppers into our wheat spirit. Bolder than our our previous pepper infused vodka, and amazing in a Bloody Mary, Margarita, or our creation of the Pepper-Berry Gimlet! Whether Bryan & Kim make a trip to Sante Fe personally, or enlist a multitude of club members that spend part of the year in Sante Fe and bring the peppers back to us, it's always something to look forward to.
