Returns & Cancellations
Returns for spirits products is extremely uncommon. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the report damaged product.
Once the spirit product is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the spirit less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at email@example.com or 425-673-7046 for return instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
