Fermented and distilled from organic Panela, a sustainable sourced, hand cut and cooked cane sugar.  This rum was distilled specifically to age in our Edmonds Own Whiskey barrels.  The result is lovely notes of caramel, dried fruits and honey, with a stunning long finish.  No added sugar.  88 Proof.  Savored in cocktails such as a Mai Tai or Rum Old Fashioned, but also unusually easy to sip neat.
