We love our local collaborations! We started with lots of fresh cold brew coffee we made from our friends at Walnut Street Coffee in Edmonds. Simultaneously we infused our wheat vodka with fresh vanilla bean and cocoa nibs. Combine all that lovliness and add fresh organic demerera sugar simple syrup and now you have our first coffee liqueur batch. It is so easy to sip on, and will make amazing cocktails like White or Black Russians. You may even sneak it into your regular coffee - no judgement on what time of day.
