Falernum is a sweet, spiced ingredient primarily used in Caribbean and tropical cocktails.  Falernum adds a unique flavor profile to cocktails, providing a balance of sweetness, spice, and citrus notes. It can be used in a variety of cocktails, such as the Mai Tai, Zombie, or Corn n' Oil. Falernum can also be enjoyed on its own as a low alcohol beverage, mixed with soda water or ginger beer.  Of course we will be experimenting with gin cocktails as well!
