
Hatch Pepper Vodka
In the fall, when we can get them fresh in New Mexico, we infuse these lovely smokey, spicy peppers into our wheat spirit. Bolder than our standard pepper infused vodka, and amazing in a Bloody Mary or Margarita! This year Bryan & Kim made a trip to Sante Fe personally and brought back 10 lbs of medium and hot peppers to blend for a little spicier spirit than last year's.
