
Lemon-Pepper Aquavit
Our Aquavit for this product was distilled from Washington soft white winter wheat, rested in neutral American oak barrels for six+ months, and infused with caraway, dill, and whatever strikes our fancy for the season.
Lemon-Pepper Aquavit: This particular batch was aged in our used Barrel-Finished Pepper Vodka barrel. So adding fresh Meyer lemon peel, and smoked black peppercorns round out the caraway and dill gives it a lovely freshness and balance. Great out of the freezer, or in a cocktail such as the Horatio, or our own creation the Fremont Troll (subing this seasons feature for the WAquavit), or our Norse Lemon Drop!.
