The Edmonds Own Whiskey you know and love, but with another layer of sweetness and fruit from the port cask it was finished in.  Batch 13 Edmonds Own Whiskey has spent a total 3.5 years in barrel.  33 months in a new barrel, then transferred to a Sparkman Cellars Port Cask for another 9 months.  At 88 proof the nose is big and beautiful, and the power of the proof still did not overwhelm the palate.  Perfect sipper, or excellent with our Scratch Cherry Liqueur for a Manhattan spin, or Old Fashioned.
