Part of our seasonal Aquavit Series.  A Washington wheat spirit, barrel aged, and infused with caraway, dill, cardamom and whatever seasonal botanicals we choose to feature, or something to just suit our fancy.

Tyee Aquavit:  When we dumped this spirit from barrel it had a lovely caramel note, so we chose some flavors that we thought would pair well. We chose a variety of fresh local seasonal apples, fresh ginger root, nutmeg, and cinnamon, and downplayed caraway and dill.  Amazing in one of our favorite fall cockatils called the Autumn Grace, or an Aquavit Old Fashioned.
